Shipping begins within 1~3 days from the date your order has been credited to our bank account.
Delivery time varies depending on the courier service you choose.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your package gets stopped at customs, you can contact your local customs office to pay the tax and receive your package.
In order to reduce the situation where goods get stuck in customs, you can divide the items into two or three shipping destinations in our online store when you place an order.
In general, it is safe to allocate a product composition within the volume of 25cm x 25cm x 25cm to one address.

Cancel & Returns policy
